Clive Alexander Carruthers was a Canadian diplomat who served in New Zealand, Yugoslavia, Indonesia, the United States of America, Peru and Trinidad and Tobago.
He was also Permanent Head of Mission of the Canadian Embassy in Guatemala during the earthquake the shook that country in 1976.[1]
